PROJECT OVERVIEW

London City Bond was one of our first customers back in 2002 when we installed air con in their offices at Tilbury Freeport. They now reside in a new 100,000 ft2 warehouse facility in Barking and are the UK’s leading tax warehousing company for fine wine merchants and global investors. Their offices now benefit from being heated and cooled using Daikin cassettes and wall mounted systems. We continue to regularly maintain their systems making LCB our longest running maintenance contract.
