Yes, without a routine maintenance contract in place efficiency will drop and running costs will increase and your system will not perform efficiently when you need it most.

If a maintenance contract is not take out immediately after the installation the extended manufacturers parts warranty will become void.

Our maintenance clients enjoy priority service call-outs and preferential labour rates. During peak summer periods we only respond to call-outs for contract customers.

Yes all our installation, service and maintenance engineers are fully employed and have the necessary qualifications and training to carry out there work.

Yes, once a maintenance contract is signed, Blue Sky will maintain F-gas record sheets on your behalf ensuring that your company is fully compliant with this regulation.

We are members of REFCOM and comply with all current legislation to ensure safe containment of refrigerants.

You can lease the entire installation including associated electrical work, ventilation and future maintenance over up to 7 years which is 100% allowable against pre-tax profits.

Production of R22 was phased out at the end of 2009 and is now fully banned for servicing. If your system operates on R22 it is likely to be coming towards the end of its operational life. We therefore recommend replacing it with the latest R32 system which will be much more energy efficient.
