What We Do
Design & Installation
We will provide you with the complete solution, from the initial site survey through to design, project management and final commissioning. Our design teams use the very latest building load analysis software and can prepare detailed CAD drawings. Our management team and site engineers are all fully trained and work to the highest standards guaranteeing you with a first class installation. Our engineers are directly employed and operate from fully equipped modern vehicles.
Repairs & Modifications
We can carry out repairs and modifications on all makes of air conditioning equipment. Your call-outs are charged as per our standard schedule of rates, a copy of which is available upon request. Any subsequent work will be subject to your acceptance of a written quotation.
Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance contracts are tailored to ensure that your air conditioning equipment is always running at maximum efficiency. A typical contract is based upon two six monthly visits per annum where key data is recorded, the refrigerant log maintained and a thirty point health check is carried out on each system. More frequent visits can be scheduled if you require.
Ventilation
To compliment our air conditioning services, Blue Sky can also provide you with a full ventilation design and installation package, from initial survey and feasibility study through to installation and commissioning.
