We use the very latest building load analysis software and can prepare detailed CAD drawings when required. Our management team and site engineers are all industry trained and work to the highest standards ensuring a first class installation. We have £5M public liability insurance in place and comply with all current health and safety legislation together with being certified in the safe handling of refrigerants. All electrical work is carried out by our qualified electricians in accordance with I.E.E. wiring regulations with N.I.C. test certificates provided upon completion. Our preventative maintenance contracts are tailored to ensure that your air conditioning is always running at maximum efficiency. To maintain the manufacturer’s three-year warranty on parts the equipment should be covered by a maintenance agreement taken out within the first three months of installation. As Daikin D1 approved installers, Blue Sky can offer a five year parts and twelve month labour warranty on all new Daikin equipment. Like most types of mechanical equipment, if it's not maintained regularly it will eventually let you down, probably when you most need it. To ignore maintenance is a false economy as efficiency will drop and running costs will increase. From 4th July 2007 the F-Gas regulation became law. This imposes obligations on operators of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment containing 3kg or more of F-gases and states that records must be maintained. Once a maintenance contract is signed, Blue Sky will maintain F-gas record sheets on your behalf ensuring that your company is fully compliant with this regulation.
